Resource Availability & What to Expect
The church has shared resources such as tables, chairs, tablecloths, tents (EZ-UPs), beverage equipment, and basic event supplies. These are available in limited quantities and depend on what is already in use at the time of your event.
Selecting an item on this form lets us know what you’re hoping for, but it does not guarantee availability. Final quantities and setup details will be confirmed after approval as we finalize the details together.
Items not provided
Disposable items such as napkins, cutlery, plates, cups, and serving utensils are typically the responsibility of the event organizer unless otherwise communicated.
Beverage note
For certain events, such as celebrations of life or holiday services, the church may be able to provide prepared coffee, tea, and basic accompaniments. Availability varies by event and will be confirmed after approval.
